Review by hotel critic
As a devoted mother from York, I truly appreciate family-friendly amenities that ensure comfort and enjoyment for all. On my recent getaway, I found a hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome, and the staff's genuine friendliness really set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel featured multiple pool zones, allowing for both lively gatherings and serene relaxation. The fitness centre was well-equipped, perfect for a workout after a day of exploration. The room came with stunning views of the pool, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was enjoyable, though the hot items could benefit from more warmth. This hotel provided an exceptional experience with its beautiful design, dedicated service, and convenient location, making it a perfect choice for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat.
